That experience marked a turning point. What she had previously considered a luxury suddenly revealed itself as a necessity. For the first time, Kristie truly understood the healing power of self-care as a fundamental part of a balanced, healthy life.
Fueled by inspiration, Kristie began researching the brand and quickly discovered that The NOW was a franchise—with opportunities available in her area. It felt like a sign. She knew this was her next chapter. Transitioning from corporate finance to wellness entrepreneurship required courage, planning, and an enormous leap of faith. She poured all her business expertise into building something she believed in—something rooted in healing, calmness, and community.
One year later, Kristie officially opened The NOW Massage – Rancho Santa Margarita. More than just a massage boutique, The NOW is a sanctuary. A space where guests (and staff) can slow down, reconnect, and take care of themselves in ways they may not realize they need.
“My mission is to make wellness accessible,” Kristie says. “Everyone deserves a moment to breathe, to reset, to feel well. You shouldn’t have to fly across the world to find peace.”
Today, Kristie is living proof that redefining success is not only possible, it’s life-changing. She honors her corporate journey, but no longer lets it define her.
